Hello! Today, I’ll share our review of finally receiving our wedding bands after a long wait.
Two months ago, we chose our rings after deliberating like we were playing an ‘Ideal Type World Cup’. Seeing them in real life, it was satisfying enough that the wait didn’t feel like a waste. I’ve neatly summarized everything from the pickup process at Noonee Jewelry’s Hannam Main Branch to the detailed specs we chose.
Hannam Main Branch Showroom Pickup Story #
We picked them up at the Hannam Main Branch showroom. It had the same calm and sophisticated atmosphere we felt when we signed the contract. The staff welcomed us kindly, and instead of just handing over the rings, they meticulously inspected them one by one to ensure the specs we ordered matched the actual product. The process of checking together before opening the package gave us even more confidence.
Why We Chose Noonee Jewelry #
At first, we only considered unconditionally simple designs. However, during the consultation, we realized our taste was closer to ‘understated elegance’.
- Unique Texture: The design that captures the texture of nature was a sensibility unique to Noonee that was hard to find in other brands.
- Tournament-style Consultation: We had no regrets because we found the one that suited our hands best by eliminating them one by one from numerous designs.
- Professional Curation: The decision was quite easy because they recommended gold content and color according to skin tone and finger shape.
14k Champagne Gold & 0.3 Carat Diamond Specifications Summary #
Considering both practicality and aesthetics, we had both rings made in 14k Champagne Gold. We set the details slightly differently according to our individual tastes, and seeing the finished product, it was great to feel that they were truly ‘ours’.
Groom’s Ring #
- Fit: We chose ‘Soft Fit’, which is smooth on the inside so it’s comfortable to wear every day. It definitely feels soft against the hand.
- Stone: We gave a simple point with a 0.03-carat diamond in the center of the band.
- Secret Stone: Inside the ring, we put a Ruby, which symbolizes ‘wealth and wisdom’.
Bride’s Ring #
- Diamond: We matched it with 0.3 carat, E color, VVS2 clarity, and 3EX cut grade. True to its high specs, the brilliance was dazzling, making me feel good every time I looked at it.
- Design Features: Since it’s a design that maximizes the beauty of the diamond setting, we couldn’t put an inner engraving or a secret stone. I was disappointed at first, but I’m much more satisfied with the current form where the main diamond stands out.
Noonee Jewelry A/S Policy: Size Adjustment and Remaking Service #
I was relieved because the service and A/S policy I was guided through were quite systematic. In particular, the digital management system was impressive.
- Mobile Guarantee Card: They send the warranty via KakaoTalk, and I thought it was smart because there’s no worry about losing it compared to paper, and it’s easy to take out and check.
- Size Adjustment: The groom’s ring can be both reduced and enlarged, but my ring can only be enlarged due to the nature of the design.
- Remaking Service: If you need to change the size significantly, there is an option to return the existing ring and pay 20% of the selling price to have it remade in a new size. Since I have to wear it for a lifetime, it seems reassuring even with physical changes.
- Production Period: Since it is handmade, it usually takes about 8~10 weeks, so I recommend scheduling with plenty of time.
Wrapping Up #
I am truly happy to have our once-in-a-lifetime wedding rings made at Noonee Jewelry. It was an experience where nothing was missing, from the uncommon design, professional consultation, to the systematic management system. If you are a prospective couple looking for special rings that contain your own story, Noonee Jewelry will be a good choice.
